Gurvartha-didhiti of Sri Venkateshacharya is an unpublished commentary on Tantrasara-sangraha of Sri Madhvacharya which consist four chapters and deals with the worship of deities, iconography, temple construction architecture, etc. The unpublished Gurvartha-didhiti was critically edited and submitted as a Doctoral thesis by Dr. Tirumala Kulkarni, throws new light on Tantrashastra. The editor of this volume has given different readings in his foot-notes and has added a valuable introduction which enhances the value of this volume.
