The Motto of the Poorna Prajna Samshodhana Mandiram was chosen from Rigveda माध्वीर्गावो भवन्तु न: (1/90/08) (May the preaching of Acharya Madhwara Lead us to the Moksha Sadhana Marga.) explicitly focuses on the central purport of the research and Publication. also speaks of the vision and the idealism for which the Institution was established.
पूर्णप्रज्ञसंशोधनमन्दिरमिदं ऋग्वेदस्य “ माध्वीर्गावो भवन्तु नः” (मध्वाचार्याणां उपदेशवचांसि अस्माकममृतत्वाय भवन्तु) इति ऋषिवाक्येन सम्प्रेरितं, संशोधन-ग्रन्थप्रकाशनविषये स्वोत्तमाशयं केन्द्रीकरोति। आर्षवाणी चेयं, संस्थाया उदात्तध्येयतां, आदर्शचारुतामपि विशदीकरोति।
