Nandishwara, a great Prabhakara Meemamsaka, wrote this work related to Prabhakara Meemamsa Shastra. The present work is influenced by Naya-viveka of Bhavanatha Mishra of 11th century. Important concepts of Meemamsa like Epistemology system and Akhyativada etc., were disussed in 22 chapters. It gives a complete picture of the concepts accepted by Prabhakara Meemamsakas. Prof. D. Prahlada Char, a wellknown scholar of Nyaya and Vedanta is ably edited this text with the help of two manuscripts, available in our library.
